- Arise from epithelium of PCT
- Resistant to Chemoradiotherapy
- Treated with Nephrectomy

Urothelial Cell CA
- Presents with painless haematuria
- Site can be Bladder, Ureters or Renal pelvis
- Risk factors are Smoking and Industrial exposure to amines.
- TURBT needed for staging and grading.
Bladder CA
- High chance to recur –> Need surveillence
- Muscle invading or not decides Mx
- If invading Sx (Cystectomy) is needed or Chemoradiotherapy
- After Sx Ileal conduit
