Left – Colostomy (opening at the level of abdominal wall)
Right – Ileostomy (Opening is sprouted)

Due to primary Lymphoma or secondary metastasis.
In lymphomas, individual lymph nodes are felt separately as a bunch of grapes. In metastasis matted lymph nodes are felt (adhered together); Virchow’s node in CA Oesophagus.
In metastasis, FNAC is done and when a lymphoma or TB is suspected, excision biopsy.
